Contact us before returning the rug.
The rug must remain unused and in its original condition.
It must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Return delivery costs may apply unless the rug is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds are issued after the returned rug has been received and inspected.

Choose a size that connects the room

Compare the common UK dimensions below, then check the exact centimetre measurements shown on the individual product page. Mark the area on your floor with masking tape before ordering.

Returns

You may carefully unroll and inspect your rug at home. If you change your mind, notify us within 30 days after delivery. Please take reasonable care of the rug and return it securely packaged. The customer pays the direct return cost for a change-of-mind return unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, we will refund any standard outbound delivery charge paid. Extra cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable beyond our standard delivery cost. We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or, if earlier, acceptable evidence that they were sent back.

Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately and do not depend on the voluntary 30-day return window. We will arrange reasonable return or collection at our cost where we are responsible. Your statutory rights are unaffected. See our Refund Policy.
