Yes. We offer international shipping to countries outside the UK at a flat rate of £18. Delivery is normally estimated at 2–11 business days.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your rug to request a return. The rug must be unused, in its original condition and returned in suitable packaging. Once received and checked, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. You can use this information to track your shipment through the courier’s website.
