Who we are

A family business built around a genuine understanding of rugs

We are a family-run business with more than three generations of experience in handmade and fine rugs.

Our journey began in the historic rug markets of Iran, where knowledge of weaving, materials, colour, design and craftsmanship was passed from one generation to the next.

Today, we proudly bring that heritage to the UK through Rugmaster, Rugoutlet and eRugsDirect. All three operate under Rugmaster and share the same commitment to quality, specialist knowledge, honest guidance and personal service.

Together, the Rugmaster family provides a complete rug service. Customers can discover and purchase rugs through Rugoutlet and eRugsDirect, while Rugmaster provides professional cleaning, repair, restoration, resizing and valuation services.
