Pricing and Promotions

Pricing and promotions

Our current prices are shown on each product page and confirmed at checkout. Prices and availability may change, but any order is handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and the price shown when the order is placed, subject to the contract-formation and genuine-error provisions in those terms.

Comparison prices and savings

Where we show a previous price, comparison price or percentage saving, we aim to use a genuine and supportable reference price. A crossed-out price is not intended to suggest a saving unless it represents a valid comparison.

Price matching

We do not advertise a blanket lowest-price or automatic price-match guarantee across every rug. If a particular product or promotion includes a price-match offer, the relevant eligibility conditions, duration and exclusions will be stated clearly with that offer.

If you have a question about a displayed price or promotion before ordering, contact us at info@rugoutlet.uk or call 020 8341 9191.
