We offer handmade Persian, Oriental, Afghan, Turkish, tribal, kilim, vintage, antique, traditional and modern rugs. Product pages identify the available information about each rug's materials, construction, origin, dimensions and condition.

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and measure each rug accurately. Colours can appear different because of lighting, screen settings, pile direction and natural dyes. Handmade rugs may not be perfectly rectangular, so dimensions can vary slightly depending on where they are measured. A material difference from the advertised description is not treated merely as a natural variation.

Yes. You may carefully unroll and inspect a rug to assess its appearance, size and suitability. Please take reasonable care of it, keep it clean and return it securely packaged if you decide it is not right for you. See our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.

For eligible standard-stock rugs bought online, tell us within 30 days after delivery if you wish to return the rug. Our voluntary policy is separate from your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights. Change-of-mind return costs are normally paid by the customer unless the product page, promotion or order confirmation expressly says otherwise. Contact info@rugoutlet.uk before arranging a return.

Where you validly exercise a statutory cancellation right, we will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or, if earlier, after you provide evidence that you sent them back. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit after we issue it.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description and photographs where reasonably possible. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. Our voluntary 30-day return window does not limit your statutory rights.

Yes. We offer complimentary standard delivery within the UK. If a destination is subject to a restriction or additional charge, we will tell you before accepting the order.

International delivery depends on the destination and rug size. Please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm availability, delivery charges, estimated transit time and relevant customs information. Import duties or local taxes may apply.

Vacuum carefully using a setting suitable for the rug and deal with spills promptly without rubbing. Cleaning requirements depend on the fibre, dyes and construction. Contact a professional rug cleaner for valuable, handmade, silk, antique or heavily soiled rugs.
