Our rugs are made from a range of quality materials including wool, silk, cotton, polyester and nylon. Each material offers different benefits, from softness and luxury to durability and easy maintenance.

Vacuum your rug regularly and clean spills as soon as possible. Wool rugs should be professionally cleaned every 1–2 years. Synthetic rugs can usually be spot cleaned with a mild detergent, while silk rugs should always be handled carefully and professionally cleaned.

We currently offer shipping within the UK. If you are outside the UK and interested in one of our rugs, please contact our customer service team to discuss possible shipping options.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your rug to request a return. The rug must be unused, in its original condition and returned in suitable packaging. Once received and checked, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. You can use this information to track your shipment through the courier’s website.
